Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the EzayShare website ("Service") operated by EzayShare ("us", "we", "our") at ezayshare.com.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

1. Description of Service

EzayShare provides a browser-based peer-to-peer (P2P) file transfer service. Files are transferred directly between users' browsers using WebRTC technology. We do not store, view, or have access to any files transferred through our Service.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use EzayShare only for lawful purposes. You must NOT use the Service to transfer, share, or distribute:

• Illegal content of any kind
• Copyrighted material without authorization from the rights holder
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — strictly prohibited and reported to authorities
• Malware, viruses, spyware, or any malicious software
• Content that promotes violence, terrorism, or hate speech
• Content intended to harass, abuse, threaten, or harm any individual
• Personal data of others without their consent, in violation of applicable privacy laws

3. No Account Required

The Service does not require user registration. By using the Service, you accept full responsibility for all activities conducted through your session.

4. Intellectual Property

The EzayShare name, logo, website design, and source code are the intellectual property of EzayShare and may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or exploited for any commercial purpose without express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content

We do not guarantee that file transfers will always be successful, as P2P connections depend on network conditions beyond our control.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzayShare shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruption, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service uses PeerJS and PeerJS Cloud signaling servers for WebRTC connection setup. We are not responsible for the availability, reliability, or terms of third-party services. By using EzayShare, you also agree to be bound by PeerJS's terms (if applicable).

We also use Google AdSense for advertising. Google's terms apply to advertising services. See Google's Terms of Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, particularly in the event of violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which EzayShare operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
